Reading at home is one of the best ways to support student success. Use Lexile measures to help your child find books that are engaging, age-appropriate, and provide the right level of challenge for continued reading growth.
📚 Lexile Reading Resources
Help your child find books that match their reading level and encourage reading growth.
What is a Lexile Measure? A Lexile measure helps match students to books that fit their reading ability.
What's the best reading range? Students should select books within their Lexile "sweet spot":
- 100L below their Lexile score
- 50L above their Lexile score
Example: 750L reader = books between 650L and 800L
